本文研究了青藏高原东部海北高寒草句生态系统定位研究站草地退化干扰对棘豆植物资源分配的影响。弃耕地13年草地恢复为垂穗披硷草群落,为退化草地;未退化草地为高寒草句典型群落类型——矮嵩草草甸。垂穗披硷草群落盖度较小(95%),矮嵩草草地盖度较大(100%),透光状况不同,二者高度一致(30cm)。退化草地棘豆植物花枝稍多,根系较深而细,开花物候提前;未退化草地花枝较少,根系较浅而粗,开花物候较晚。退化草地对棘豆植物根系投资较多,未退化草地对枝叶投资较多,而生殖投资基本没有差异,这种资源分配对策对各自草地生态环境因子的适应。棘豆植物的资源分配在退化和未退化草地均是个体大小依赖的,资源的相对和绝对投资随着个体大小的增加而增加,个体依赖性不受环境影响。棘豆植物资源分配受个体器官间权衡关系的影响,使得生殖投资基本没有差异。总体上说,草地退化干扰对棘豆植物的资源分配对策有重要影响。需要注意,生殖投资研究需要考虑如何科学测定当年各器官分配资源的量。
In this paper, researches were conducted into the influences of meadow degradation disturbance on the resource allocation of Oxytropis plants in the Haibei Station of Alpine Meadow Ecosystem in the East Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau. The data were collected in degraded meadow, a 13-year wasteland having a succession to Elymus nutans community, and Kobresia humilis community (un-degraded meadow), an important type of alpine meadow. The degraded meadow and un-degraded meadow had different coverage and light condition, with a 95% coverage in an E. nutans community and 100% coverage in a K. humilis community, and 30 cm height averagely in both communities. There were more flower shoots, deeper and thinner roots and earlier flowering anthesis in the meadow. Oxytropis plants in the degraded meadow had location in the un-degraded meadow, but no obvious degraded meadow than those in the un-degraded more root allocation and more branch and leave allocation in the un-degraded meadow, but no obvious difference in reproduction allocation in these two habitats. These results demonstrated that these resource allocation strategies were the consequence that Oxytropis plants are adapted for the ecological and environment factors of two different meadows. The resource allocation of Oxytropis plants in both degraded and un-graded meadows were size-dependent, indicating that the absolute and relative resource allocation increased with the increasing of individual size. The size-dependent resource allocation was not affected by the environment condition. The resource allocations of Oxytropis plants were also influenced by the trade-off between individual organs, which made the reproduction allocation no difference between two habitats. Totally speaking,the meadow degradation disturbance had important influences on the resource allocation strategy of Oxytropis plants. Attention should be paid to how scientifically measuring the value of annual allocation resource in the reproduction allocation study of future.
