以开关型表面活性剂N’-十二烷基-N,N-二甲基乙基脒碳酸氢盐胶束溶液为软模板合成CdS纳米粒子,反应结束后向体系中通入N2并加热至65℃使体系破乳,该过程避免了传统表面活性剂胶束的繁琐破乳过程。合成的CdS纳米粒子通过TEM、XRD进行表征,结果表明以该表面活性剂胶柬为软模板可合成粒径在10nm以下、具有纳米光学效应的CdS量子点。
In this article, CdS quantum dots have been synthesized in micelles system. The micelle could be broken easily and CdS quantum dots could be obtained by simple centrifugation and washing. The quantum dots were then characterized by TEM, XRD. The method using mieelles as soft template to prepare CdS quantum dots can be widely applied to synthesize other nanoparticles.
