高职院校护生多元化急救能力培养方法的应用与效果

目的探讨高职院校护生多元化急救能力培养方法的应用效果。方法选取急救护理专业两个班,分为对照组和实验组。对照组采用传统的教材和授课方式,并辅以仿真实践(8学时)进行教学。实验组采用情境案例版教材,使用“任务驱动型”教学,增设仿真演练、多媒体与网络教学,扩大实训基地,增加实训课时,完善评教制度。结果实验组护生理论和实践成绩优于对照组(P〈0.01),对多元化急救能力培养方法认可(P〈0.01)。结论实施多元化培训方法使护生学习兴趣提高,操作技能增加,综合应急能力显著提升。

英文摘要:

Objective To explore the application and effects of diversified emergency ability training methods for vocational nursing students in higher vocational colleges. Methods Two classes of first aid nursing were selected, one class as the control group, and the other class as the experimental group. The traditional teaching materials,lecturing teaching method combined with simulation practice (8 hours) were used for control group. The experimental group was received situation case materials and task - driven teaching method. The situational teaching mode included simulation exercise, multimedia and network teaching, expansion of the training base, and increasing in training hours, so as to improve the evaluation of teaching. Results The results of the theory and practice skill of nursing students in the experimental group were better than that of control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). The experimental group accepted the diversification of emergency ability training method ( P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion The implementation of diversified training method can improve students'interest in learning, increase operational skills,and improve the comprehensive emergency response capability significantly.
