A series of 2,4,5-triarylimidazo|e were synthesized by one-step condensation reaction of aromatic aldehyde, diphenyl diketone and ammonium acetate in the presence of acetic acid under ultrasound irradiation. The ultrasound irradiate power and time were optimized by HPLC.
