以SrCO3、SnO2和Fe3O4为原料,采用传统固相反应法制备了Fe掺杂SrSnO3陶瓷,并借助XRD和SEM,研究了SrFexSn1-xO3的相结构、形貌及Fe掺杂量对其电性能的影响.XRD图谱表明:未经烧结的样品是混合物,随着烧结次数的增加,样品的收缩增大,成品纯度变高,XRD杂峰减少.Fe掺杂SrSnO3陶瓷中随着Fe含量从0增加到1,烧结温度逐渐降低,从1480℃下降到1200℃,其晶格常数从0.806 9 nm下降到0.773 6 nm,晶体结构没有发生明显改变.SEM图片显示,靶材晶粒随着掺杂量的增加逐渐增大,由2.09μm增加到4.93μm.
Using SrCO3,SnO2 and Fe3O4 as starting materials,SrSnO3 ceramics were prepared by conventional solid-state reaction method.The effects of phase structure,morphology and Fe-doping on the electric properties of SrFexSn1-xO3 ceramics were investigated by X-ray Diffraction(XRD) and Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM).XRD patterns indicated that the sample without sintering was a mixture.With increasing the number of sintering,the contraction of the sample increased,the purity of the finished product became higher,XRD's impure peaks decreased.With the iron increasing from 0 to 1 in SrSnO3,the sintering temperature decreased from 1480 ℃ to 1200 ℃ gradually,the crystal lattice parameter from 0.806 9 nm down to 0.773 6 nm,the crystal structure of SrSnO3 did not change clearly.SEM images showed the crystal size of targets increased from about 2.09 μm to 4.93 μm with the iron-doping increaseing.
