全钒氧化还原液流电池隔膜的改性研究

全钒液流电池的隔膜是限制该电池体系实际应用的关键因素之一,现在通常采用的Nation隔膜虽然电化学性能和使用寿命优异,但是较大的钒离子透过率和高昂的成本限制了其广泛应用。本文选择了一种国内生产的用于水处理的隔膜进行改性研究,电化学试验表明:对该膜应用Nation溶液浸泡的方法进行改性,可以在有效降低成本的同时达到较好的电化学性能,电流效率较高,但电压效率随电流密度升高下降较为明显;同时钒离子的透过率比Nation膜大为改善,但是稳定性有待于进一步提高。

英文摘要:

Membrane is the key factor confining the wide use of all-vanadium flow battery. Now Nation membranes were usually adopted because of its good electrochemical performance and long life. But Nation can not be used widely in China because of high permeation of V ion and high cost. A domestic membrane was selected and modified. Electrochemical results show that this modified low-cost membrane by the way of soak in Nation solution has good electrochemical performance and high current efficiency. But voltage efficiency decrease obviously with the current density increase. Meanwhile, this modified membrane has low permeation of V ion, but the chemical stability need to be improved.
