Socialist deliberative democracy is an important form of people’s democracy in our country and is also an important component of the socialist democratic political construction.Xi Jinping has made a series of disclosure towards the construction of socialist deliberative democracy since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.He has clearly illustrated its status and function,profoundly revealed its spiritual connotation,and actively explored the possible approach to fulfilling it,which leading to a relatively complete system of thoughts.A deep analysis of Xi Jinping’s thoughts on deliberative democracy is of both theoretical significance and practical value to promote China’s socialist democratic political construction.
