以常规基质、砂基质和生物碳基质及烟草K326为材料,通过在这3种不同基质中分别拌施青霉菌灭活菌丝体(DMP)、DMP和芽孢杆菌(B68)混合物及喷施B68,研究不同基质中DMP和B68对K326漂浮育苗生长的影响。结果表明,使用常规基质、砂基质和生物碳基质培育的烟苗在定苗前期的出苗率都能达90.0%,但常规基质利于烟苗叶片及株高的生长,生物碳基质有助于烟苗地上、地下部干重的积累;分别在3种基质中拌施0.2 g/株的DMP+B68混合制剂能有效提高烟苗定苗前的出苗率,使烟苗叶片数、株高、茎直径增加,特别是在生物碳基质中拌施该混合剂型后,烟苗叶片数、茎直径、地上、地下部干重改善效果显著(P〈0.05)。综合烟苗农艺性状指标出苗率、烟苗素质,建议:在基质中拌施0.2 g/株的DMP+B68制剂比单独拌施DMP和喷施B68更有利于烟苗生长和芽孢杆菌提高烟苗素质,同时还证明可以使用生物碳基质替代常规基质。
In this study, regular substrate, sand substrate, biochar substrate and the float seeding-raising of tobacco variety K326 were conducted to study effect of dry mycelium of Penicillium chrysogenum ( DMP), Bacillus subtilis ( B68 ), DMP + B68 mixture on the biological characteristic of tobacco plant in seedling stage in the three substrate. The results showed that: the three float seeding-raising substrates could make the emergence rate reach 90.0%, but different substrate induced various functions. Regular substrate was beneficial to leaf number and plant height, while biochar substrate was beneficial to dry weight accumulation in three substrates. Eventually, adding 0.2 g DMP + B68 mixtures per plant had obviously effective effect on leaf number, stem diameter, above-ground dry weight and root dry ground of tobacco plant in the three substrates, especially in biochar substrate, the leaf number, stem diameter and dry weight accumulation were significantly improved (P 〈 0. 05 ). The treatment of adding 0. 2 g DMP + B68 per plant was recommended to tobacco seedling production processing based on seedling status and tobacco seedlings quality. And we could try to use biochar substrate instead of regular substrate.
