采用纳米微乳液法,以三嵌段共聚物聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯-聚氧乙烯(PEO-PPO-PEO)为表面活性剂,乙酰丙酮镧(III),乙酰丙酮锰(III)和乙酰丙酮锶(II)为前驱体,1,2-十六烷二醇为还原剂成功合成了水溶性La0.88Sr0.12MnO3纳米粒子.FT-IR分析证实该纳米粒子表面存在PEO-PPO-PEO分子,XRD和TEM分析表明该纳米粒子基本上呈球形、粒径分布窄、结晶度高,VSM测试表明该纳米粒子室温下显示软铁磁性.纳米粒子在水中快速和高效的分散收集过程,表明该纳米粒子具有良好的水溶性和磁操控性.
Water-dispersible La0.88Sr0.12MnO3 nanoparticles were successfully synthesized via non-aqueous nanoemulsion method using the triblock copolymer poly(ethylene oxide)-poly(propylene oxide)-poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO-PPO-PEO)as the surfactant,lanthanum(III)acetylacetonate(La(acac)3),manganese(III)acetylacetonate(Mn(acac)3)and strontium(II)acetylacetonate(Sr(acac)2)as precursors,1,2-hexadecanediol as the reducing agent.The Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)study confirms the PEO-PPO-PEO molecules on the surface of the resulting nanoparticles.The X-ray powder diffraction(XRD)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM)analyses confirm the formation,morphology and particle size of the nanoparticles.The vibrating sample magnetometry(VSM)measurement displays soft ferromagnetic properties of the La0.88Sr0.12MnO3 nanoparticles at room temperature.In addition,a rapid,efficient and reversible dispersion-collection process of the nanoparticles in water visually demonstrates their good magnetic properties and water dispersity.Such nanoparticles have potential application prospect in biomedical fields.
