在永磁无轴承电机转矩系统的磁场定向控制策略的基础上,提出了一种基于滑模观测器的永磁无轴承电机转子位置-速度的观测方法。通过检测转矩绕组电流对转子位置进行估测,实现了无轴承电机的无速度传感器运行。给出了基于滑膜观测器无速度传感器运行控制的永磁无轴承电机系统框图和控制程序流程,并对观测器的效果进行了试验研究,结果表明了该观测器的可行性和实用性。
On the basis of field oriented control ( FOC ) strategy of the torque control system for a permanent magnet bearingless motor, a novel sliding-mode observer used for rotor position/speed estimation is suggested. The observer is designed in the stationary reference frame of the torque control system with the rotor position estimated by detecting the current in the torque windings. Both the structure of the digital controller and the flow charts of software are discussed and the experiment is conducted to prove the feasibility and the effectiveness of the observer.
