对用于微小型涡轮发动机的圆锥气体静压轴承的特性开展了理论及实验研究.设计了圆锥气体静压轴承的结构型式,提出了圆锥气体静压轴承的润滑模型及其数值解法,获得了圆锥气体轴承承载力和气体质量流量性能,考察了气膜厚度、供气压力和节流孔数目对轴承性能的影响.建立了圆锥气体轴承测试平台,获得了轴承的质量流量-供气压力曲线,为理论模型的验证提供了实验手段.结果表明,增加供气压力和节流孔数目可提高承载力和气体质量流量;圆锥轴承测试结果与理论结果趋势一致,数据吻合.
The characteristics of the aerostatic conical bearing were studied theoretically and experimentally for micro turbine engines which can support the load of both axial and radial direction.Firstly,the configuration of the aerostatic conical bearing was designed.A lubrication model for the aerostatic conical bearing was built and then a numerical method was developed to obtain the load capacity and the gas mass flow.The effect of the gas film thickness,the supply pressure and the number of the supply orifices on the performance of the bearing was inspected.Secondly,a test platform for the gas conical bearing was developed,which offers an experimental method for verifying the theoretical model,meanwhile the gas mass flow as a function of the supply pressure could be measured.The results show that the conical bearing can support the load in both axial and radial directions and larger supply pressure and more orifices can increase the load capacity and the gas mass flow.These results have a good agreement with the experimental data.
