在实地调研和参阅相关资料的基础上,提出了电力客户对供电企业的三级满意度指标体系。运用层次分析法得出二级指标和三级指标的权重,由于经层次分析法得到的权重具有主观性特征,采用了调查问卷的方式对得到的权重进行修正。对这些二级指标和三级指标的权重运用综合权重分析法计算出三级指标相对于一级指标的综合权重。最后根据该权重结果得到电力客户对供电企业满意度指标的排序。严菲,谭忠富
Based on field investigation and document studying, the three-level satisfaction degree index system for power supply enterprises from the point of view of customers was proposed. Then Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to obtain the weights of the second-level and third-level indices, and the questionnaire was used to minimize the subjectivity of these weights. Later, comprehensive weight analysis was applied to these weights to calculate the comprehensive weight of the third-level index which was then used to sort the satisfaction indices.
