以整机为研究对象对集装箱龙门起重机的动态特性进行研究,建立基于ANSYS软件的龙门起重机动态特性分析模型,得到整机系统各阶模态下的固有频率和固有振型.当整机系统受到的激振力频率与系统某一固有频率接近时,有可能引起结构共振,造成系统结构的疲劳破坏或刚度不足.设计人员可以在设计过程中合理确定结构参数,改变整机振动出现的频率范围.
Taking the complete unit of container gantry crane as investigation object, an analysis model of its dynamic characteristics was e~tablished based on the software ANSYS, and all orders of system's natural frequency and vibration mode were obtained. When the natural frequency of the complete system is close to the frequency of the excitation force, there may occur structural resonances, resulting in fatigue failure or poor rigidity. Therefore, the designer should choose reasonable structure parameters in the de- sign process to change the frequency range of the machine vibration.
