以企业知识管理流程为切入点,通过对员工知识满意度影响因素的分析,确定了员工知识满意度的指标体系。在此基础上,通过对99名不同行业在职员工关于知识满意度各影响因素的不同作用效果调查,利用因子分析法确定了影响员工知识满意度的潜在变量。通过结构方程模型对观测变量、潜在变量以及最终的知识满意度进行了模型分析。结果显示:传递源具有最高的影响效果。因此,企业在进行知识管理的过程中应选择合适的知识传递形式及知识传递者同时也应注重知识管理对员工的提升作用、了解员工的个性特点和行为方式。
In the regard of enterprise knowledge management process,the factors affecting employee satisfaction of knowledge are analyzed to establish the index system of employee satisfaction of knowledge. Meanwhile a survey of 99 full time employees from different trades is conducted to investigate different effects of those factors,and the latent variables for employee satisfaction of knowledge are derived by factor analysis. Structural equation model is applied to calculate the observed variables,latent variables and satisfaction of knowledge. The results show that transfer source has the highest effect. Therefore,in the knowledge management process,an enterprise has to adopt proper knowledge transfer methods and instructors while pay attention to the role of knowledge management in improving employees,and be aware of an employee's personal characteristics and behavior styles.
