随着航空、汽车、造船等工业的发展,大尺寸的不规则自由曲面、形体的三维测量成为非常有应用前景的技术。针对快速、高精度的使用激光雷达进行大尺寸三维形貌测量的测量问题,提出了适用于对大型复杂零件进行的三维形貌分析、产品检测等任务的测量方案。介绍了激光雷达的测量原理,详细叙述了使用激光雷达进行大尺寸三维形貌测量的过程,以及如何在Spatial Analyzer软件协助下获得测量数据并进行处理分析的方法。实验结果表明,该方案满足了大尺寸零件复杂形面的高精度、高效率、低劳动强度等测量要求,对大尺寸零件的三维形貌测量具有普遍适用性。
With the development of the industry such as aviation,automobile,shipbuilding,etc,the 3D profile measurement of the large-sized anomalistic free surface,body has been a kind of technology with applied outlook.The measuring proposal was put forward which could be used to 3D profile analyzing,manufacture checking and measuring.And the 3D profile measurement of the large-sized part could be done by using the digital measuring equipment-laser radar with high speed and high accuracy.Also,the measuring principle of laser radar was introduced.The process of the large-sized 3D profile measurement,the methods how to use the software SA(spatial analyzer)to get,the processing of data analysis were introduced.Experimental result shows that this measurement proposal can meet the measurement requirements of high accuracy,high efficiency and low labor intensity for 3D profile measurement of the large-sized part,and has the universal applicability to the large-sized 3D shape measurement.
