The performances of CdZnTe detectors is scatter Imaging system,discriminator grade CdZnTe analysed, and considing of its applying in Compton detector used for Compton Scatter Imaging system is designed, and the nuclear circuit adapting the system is designed also, that is low noised rnicroprearnplifier and main amplifier. At common temperature, the detecting system's energy resolution is bellow 4 % to 662 keV ^137Cs γ source with 5 mm× 5 mm× 5 mm discriminator grade CAZnTe detector and micro--nuclear circuits.
