为了提高纳米ZnO的光催化性能,采用溶液共混法制备了聚丙烯酸酯-ZnO杂化材料,对其光催化性能进行了研究,采用FT—IR、TG—DTG对杂化材料进行了测试。结果表明:杂化材料的光催化性能优于纳米ZnO,降解率可达92.31%,随着ZnO含量增加,杂化材料的光催化性能先增加而后下降。杂化材料具有良好的重复使用性能。FT—IR分析表明在杂化材料中聚丙烯酸酯通过羧酸盐键与纳米ZnO发生杂化。UV—Vis分析表明甲基橙降解较完全。TG—DTG分析表明,杂化材料具有优良的热稳定性,杂化材料的热分解温度可达408℃。
In order to improve the photocatalytic property of nano ZnO, a polyacrylate - ZnO hybrid material was prepared by solution - blending method, The photocatalytic properties of the hybrid materials were studied, The hybrid material was characterized by use of FT - IR and TG - DTG. The results showed that the photocatalytic property of the hybrid material was better than nano ZnO, with a degradation rate of 92.31%. As the increase of the content of ZnO, the photocatalytic property of the hybrid material was improved first, then decreased. The hybrid material provided a good reusability. FT- IR analysis showed that polyacrylate was hybridized with nano ZnO via the bond of carboxylate. UV - Vis showed that methyl orange was degrad- ed completely. TG - DTG showed that the hybrid material has good thermal stability, with a thermal decomposition temperature up to 408 ℃.
