The change of forest resource＇ s category, quantity and quality in Mulan Forest Bureau which reflected its natural, social and economic condition has been introduced. The forest management effect has been evaluated generally by this article. The article indicated that the ecological benefits, economic benefits and social benefits all had been improved and analysed the reason, that is attaching importance to entironment, social importance and scientific research.
