现有基于排队的枢纽离站出租车系统研究大多基于单服务台,与实际情况有较大差距.通过把系统抽象成异步单重休假排队系统并得到系统稳态指标,建立考虑服务水平的枢纽离站出租车排队系统服务台数优化模型,并设计基于MATLAB软件的算法程序.算例分析表明,优化模型的计算结果较仿真结果和实际方案的服务水平更高.
Existing queuing theory based researches of hub taxi off-site system are mostly for singledesk issue,where is a wide gap with the actual situation.In order to solve this problem,we first abstracted the system into an asynchronous single vacation queuing system and got the steady state indicators;then we created a service-desk number optimization model for hub taxi off-site queuing system considering the level of service,and wrote the computer program based on MATLAB software.Numerical example shows that the calculated results of optimization model are of a higher level of service than the planning scheme.
