磁场条件下压制成型是目前高品质铁磁材料生产的一种有效途径。介绍干式磁粉在受控磁场中的压制成型过程和工艺要求,针对目前使用的开关控制液压机在生产中表现出的不完善之处进行技术改进,关键工艺参数如压力、流量、位置等通过控制电液比例元件采实现,并设计出高精度比例控制干式磁粉自动成型液压机。该机能够实现干式磁粉在受控磁场中成型速度和压力的比例控制,调节方便,不同工序控制参数切换平稳,系统元件少,工作可靠,压制产品品级提高。
Magnetic field forming is a promising method to produce high quality ferromagnetic materials. In this paper, the forming and pressing of dry magnetic powder in controlled magnetic field are introduced. In view of the defects of the on-off control hydraulic press in production, technological in novation has been made and electro-hydraulic proportional components have been employed to control important hydraulic parameters such as press, flow, position, etc. The proportional control hydraulic press thus developed for dry magnetic powder injection molding demonstrates high accuracy and can implement proportional control of forming speed and forces for dry magnetic powder under controlled magnetic field. It is also characterized by convenient regulation, smooth switch between controlled parameters of different processes, fewer elements, higher reliability, and improved quality of produc tion.
