为分析沥青结合料性质对富沥青、砂粒式应力吸收层沥青混合料性能的影响,研究沥青性质与应力吸收层混合料性能之间的相关关系,采用6种不同沥青进行结合料老化前后的性能试验。在级配固定、沥青用量相同、体积参数一致的条件下,对6种沥青对应的应力吸收层混合料的疲劳性能、低温性能进行大量试验研究。研究结果表明,沥青性质对应力吸收层沥青混合料疲劳性能、抵抗低温开裂能力存在显著影响,沥青不同,应力吸收层混合料的疲劳寿命相差10-400倍,低温极限弯曲破坏应变相差3-6倍;此外,与老化后沥青相比,未老化的原样沥青结合料性质与应力吸收层混合料性能之间的相关性更显著,其中原样沥青60℃粘度、软化点及针入度等指标与应力吸收层混合料疲劳性能之间存在较好的相关性,建议作为选择应力吸收层所用优质沥青的关键指标予以控制。
In order to study the effect of asphalt properties on performance of stress absorbing layer mixtures with rich asphalt and fine aggregates gradation and to reveal the relationships between them, six original and aged asphalts were tested, and low temperature and fatigue performance of corresponding asphalt mixtures were measure with the same gradation, asphalt content and volumetric parameters.The results indicate that (1) there exists a significant influence of asphalt properties on fatigue performance and low temperature cracking resistance of the asphalt mixtures,fatigue lifetime of asphalt mixtures varies from 10 to 400 times and limit bending failure strain at low temperature varies from 3 to 6 times induced by the distinction of asphalts; (2) compared with the aged asphalt, original asphalt performance exhibits a more remarkable correlation with the stress absorbing layer mixtures, in which viscosity at 60℃, softening point and penetration of original asphalt show better correlation with fatigue performance of stress absorbing layer mixtures and therefore are proposed to control the asphalt selection as key indexes.
