研究一类非单调感染率的时滞传染病模型．通过讨论相应的特征方程，得到了无病平衡点和地方病平衡点的局部稳定性．

英文摘要：

A delayed epidemic model with non-monotonic incidence rate is investigated. By discussing the corresponding characteristic equations,the local stabilities of a disease-free equilibrium and the endemic equilibrium are established.
