应用平面多电极同步记录技术,对牛蛙视网膜神经节细胞在全域闪光刺激下的放电活动进行胞外记录,并研究ON-OFF型神经节细胞的ON和OFF反应的协同活动模式.分析发现:(1)ON反应之间更多形成相关性活动,而OFF反应之间则以同步化活动为主;(2) ON和OFF反应的同步化活动相关强度没有显著差异;(3)对相关性活动而言,ON反应的相关强度显著大于OFF反应.进一步研究GABA能通路对ON和OFF反应的相关强度的影响,结果提示:(1) GABAA受体和GABAC受体介导的抑制性输入对ON和OFF反应的相关性活动强度的差异性的调节作用有所不同;(2) GABA能抑制性通路不是单纯地抑制神经元的活动,它可能主动参与了视网膜的信息处理和功能组织方式.
Firing activities of bullfrog retinal ganglion cells (RGCs) under repetitive full field light- ON/-OFF stimulus were recorded in vitro by planar multi-electrode recording technique, and the con- certed firing pattern of ON-/OFF-responses of ON-OFF RGCs were investigated. The results revealed that : ( 1 ) ON responses often exhibited correlated activity, whereas OFF responses often exhibited syn- chronized activity; (2) There was no appreciable difference between the strength of synchronized activ- ity of ON and OFF responses ; (3) The strength of correlated activity of ON responses was significantly greater than that of OFF responses. Furthermore, the inflfience of GABAergic inhibition on the strength of concerted firing of ON-/OFF-responses was investigated. The results showed that: (1) GABAA/ GABAc-receptor-mediated inhibitory pathways have different influence in regulating the correlated strength of ON-responses and OFF-responses ; passively inhibit neuronal activity, but maybe functional organization in the retina. (2) GABAergic inhibitory pathways don' t simply and actively participate in the information processing and
