构建母子公司互动对突破性创新影响机制框架,以中材集团为案例,描述了其母子公司互动创新体系构成和创新机制路径。研究表明,集团内部母子公司之间所具备的不同关系互动类型是影响公司知识创造及突破性创新的基础和关键;在突破性创新实现中,新知识、交叉知识和原创知识扮演着核心角色;母子公司互动对如上3种知识创造的影响存在差异,自治型互动在交叉知识创造方面具有显著优势,依赖型互动对新知识和原创知识创造方面作用突出;自治型互动相对依赖型互动在突破性创新绩效方面表现更佳。
In this study,the theoretical framework about the effective mechanism between company interaction styles and breakthrough innovation has been built.Then,taking Chinese Zhongcai group as the case study object,the paper describes the construction of the system and innovation route,The research findings are that the different relation characters and assorts between parent company and the subsidiary are the key of company knowledge creation and breakthrough innovation,the new knowledge,emerging knowledge and original knowledge play important roles in the breakthrough innovation.The autonomic interaction has significant advantage on the creation of emerging knowledge,however,the dependent interaction does better on new and original knowledge.The autonomic one is better than the dependent one on breakthrough innovation of the subsidiary company.
