麦饭石由于具有丰富的微量元素和稀土元素,并且具有天然的多孔结构,有希望成为催化剂的高效率、低成本载体。采用麦饭石为基材,在p H=10、氨水浓度为160 m L/L、钯盐浓度为2.5 g/L、时间为1 h的施镀条件下,研究了化学镀钯工艺。通过对比不同NH4Cl浓度、不同Na H2PO2浓度和不同施镀温度等条件对钯的沉积速率影响,摸索出了最佳的工艺参数。结合扫描电镜分析,对影响因素的影响机理进行了研究。
Owing to the Maifan stone is rich in trace elements and rare earth elements,and has the natural porous structure,it has hopes to become a catalyst of high efficiency and low cost carrier. In this paper,using Maifan stone as substrate,the condition of application plated is pH=10,NH4OH 160ml/L,PdC12 2.5g/L,time is 1 hour. The process of chemical palladium plating was studied. By comparing the effects of different concentrations of NaH2PO2, NH4C1 concentration and temperature on the deposition rate of palladium plating,Figure out the optimum process parameters. By means of scanning electron microscopy analysis,studied on the influence mechanism of influencing factors.
