英文摘要：

In this paper, the risk factors influencing the coal - bed methane development were analyzed, the key riskinfluence factors were identified, with the structural equation modeling （SEM）, the interaction and evolution mechanism of thekey influence factors in coal-bed methane development were analyzed, and the main controlling factors influencing the coal-bedmethane development were studied and quantified. The study showed that the geological resource was the key factor influencingthe coal-bed methane development risk and the engineering technology was the direct factor. Based on the example verification,further analysis was conducted on the weight of the key factors of coal - bed methane development risk and the correlationmechanism between the risk factors. The analysis results can provide the basis for working out the prevention and control schemeof coal-bed methane development risk.
