目的探讨PDCA循环管理对老年住院患者护理满意度的影响。方法选取2012年5月~2013年6月在江汉大学附属医院老年病房住院患者106例,分为实验组与对照组,每组各53例。对照组给予常规护理,实验组在常规护理措施的基础上,运用PDCA循环管理。观察并比较两组患者护理前及护理后2、4、6、8个月满意度情况。结果实验组老年住院患者护理总满意度(77.36%)明显高于对照组老年住院患者护理总满意度(37.74%),差异有统计学上有意义(P〈0.05)。实验组实施PDCA循环管理2、4、6、8个月单项护理总满意度逐渐提高,且均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论运用PDCA循环管理可以明显提高老年住院患者的护理满意度,在临床护理管理中可以广泛运用。
Objective To study the effect of PDCA circle management on nursing service satisfaction in old in-patients. Methods 106 patients from May 2012 to June 2013 in Department of Geriatric Ward, Affiliated Hospital of Jianghan University were selected and divided into experiment group and control group with 53 cases in each group. Patients in control group were performed with routine nursing treatments and patients in experiment group were offered PDCA cir- cle management on the basis of routine nursing. Nursing service satisfaction before and 2, 4, 6 and 8 months after nursing management was compared between the two groups. Results Nursing total satisfaction of experiment group (77.36%) was higher than that of control group (37.74%), the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Indi- vidual nursing total satisfaction 2, 4, 6 and 8 months after PDCA circle nursing management in experiment group were improved gradually, and were all higher than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion PDCA circle management can improve nursing service satisfaction in old in-patients significantly and it is right to perform in nursing management.
