以知识交换理论和交易成本理论为基础,考察不同供应商角色中企业间交流机制与海外知识获取之间的关系,并检验专用性投资对上述关系的调节效应。对229个中国代工企业进行实证检验,结果表明:人际交流机制和电子交流机制均对海外知识的获取有积极的正向影响;不同的供应商角色下,企业间交流机制(电子交流机制和人际交流机制)对海外知识的获取有不同的影响,而专用性投资对企业间交流机制与海外知识获取之间的关系中发挥着不同的调节作用。
Based on knowledge exchange theory and transaction-cost theory,this study examines the relationship between inter-firm communication mechanism and oversea knowledge acquisition according to different supplier roles.It also investigates the moderating effect of specific investment on these relationships.Data is analyzed based on 229 suppliers in China.The results suggest:Both personal communication mechanism and technology-based communication mechanism positively affect overseas knowledge aquisition.However,the relevance of these communication configurations differs for various supplier roles.Specific investment has different moderating effects on the relationship between inter-firm communication mechanism and oversea knowledge acquisition.
