以工业制造中的搬运机械手为研究对象,分析了三自由度机械手工作过程,讨论了机械手控制系统中硬件与软件的设计,最后介绍了PLC在控制系统中的应用。企业实际运行表明,该机械手实现了对物料的抓取和放置,且性能稳定、工作可靠,提高了生产效率。
Taken 3-dof mechanical handing arm as a research object which used in the automated production line,this paper analyses the working process of the 3-dof mechanical arm and discusses the design of PLC control system,finally introduces the application of PLC in the control system.Experimental results show that the 3-dof mechanical arm can finish grabbing and placing workpiece.It is stable and reliable and improves the production efficiency.
