从分析城市边缘区工业用地利用的现状与存在的问题着手,阐明了城市边缘区工业用地集约利用的内涵,探究了集约利用城市边缘区工业用地的调控策略。科学规划、整合城市边缘区工业用地资源,探索其集约利用的典型模式,建立和完善集约利用评价指标体系以及价格评估体系,加强信息化的动态监测管理,鼓励投资建设主体多元化,提高土地投入产出率,是解决城市边缘区工业用地集约利用的现存问题和构建"两型社会"的必由之路。
Urban fringe is an extremely active economical belt of Chinese economy and society.At present,it is a region where the problems of land use are various and most intense.How to improve the efficiency of industrial land use in urban fringe is most important for China to improve the overall efficiency of intensive use of land.The purpose of the research is to advocate the intensive use of industrial land in urban fringe to promote the optimal allocation of land,followed by the socalled intensive and sustainable development approach in order to reach the maximizing of social and economic revenue.Methods employed including documentation,theory research and inductive reasoning.The results indicated that based on the analysis of the present situations and the problems of the use of the industrial land in urban fringe,the connotation of the intensive use of industrial land in urban fringe was clarified,and the policy suggestions about promoting the intensive use of industrial land in urban fringe was advanced.
