月饼表面瑕疵检测问题直接影响企业的效率和产品质量。针对这个问题，以实际采集的月饼表面图像为研究对象，以灰色系统理论为基础，构造灰色关联计算模型。从图像的灰度面关联、图像的灰度直方图关联和图像的边缘关联实现月饼表面的瑕疵检测。实验结果表明，该方法具有检测效率高、可靠性高、方便简捷等特点。

英文摘要：

Detection problem of moon cake surface flaws affect the efficiency and quality of product directly. Aim at this issue, ac- tually collected images of moon cake surface are studied. On the hasis of gray system theory, a gray correlation model is construc- ted. In order to deteet the flaws of moon cake surface, gray surface correlation, grey histogram correlation and edge correlation of the image are considered. The results demonstrate that the pruposed method has teatures sueh as high detection efficiency, high re- liability and convenience.
