本文对麦积山景区旅游发展现状及存在的问题进行分析，为其今后可持续发展提供科学依据。本次调查主要从游客人口统计学特征、旅游感知映像评价、旅游环境感知和游客的忠诚度等方面进行分析，研究表明：（1）景区空气清新、气候宜人、植被覆盖率高、交通状况良好、文化民俗特色鲜明、工作人员服务态度较好。（2）景区水体污染严重。（3）景区物品价格较高。（4）景区娱乐设施少。（5）景区文物与建筑物有不同程度的损坏。

Using the method of questionnaire investigation and visit to talk, from the perspective ot tourists perception and scientific understanding and analysis of MaiJi hill scenic area tourism development present situa- tion and existing problems, and provide a scientific basis for sustainable development. This survey from tourists demographic characteristics, the evaluation of the perceived image of tourism, tourism environment perception and tourists＇ loyalty and so on carries on the analysis, research shows that： 1） the scenic area the air is fresh, pleasant climate, vegetation coverage is high, the good traffic conditions, culture, folk custom characteristic, staff service attitude is good. 2） the scenic water body pollution is serious. 3） the scenic spot prices higher. 4） the scenic recreational facilities. 5） the scenic area of cultural relics and buildings have different degree of damage.
