Opening laboratory is an important approach in experiment teaching reform of universities. In this way, experiment teaching resources are fully used. Furthermore, it is very important in foste-ring innovative talents. Combined with CDIO engineering education concept, some existing problems in the opening laboratory are analyzed. According to personal work practice, the mode and management of opening laboratory is discussed. Some settling schemes are put forward and put in practice. Good effect is obtained.
