Using the two-dimension information space theory of Boisot,this paper analyzes low degree of knowledge distribution brought by the low level of encoding and abstraction,and the problems of higher uncertainty of knowledge value.This paper analyzes knowledge flow and distribution which can come true by using trust chain in knowledge management;puts forward trust chain provides multi-channel communication and sharing environment,which supplies a gap of low level of encoding and abstraction,and increases the speed of knowledge distribution and the quality of knowledge conversion among different groups.
