目的:建立珠子参氨基酸的测定方法,并比较不同产地的珠子参中氨基酸的含量差异。方法:采用氨基酸分析仪测定不同产地珠子参中氨基酸含量,并利用SAS软件进行聚类和主成分分析。结果:不同产地珠子参均含有17种氨基酸,其中必需氨基酸有7种占总氨基酸28.5%,药用氨基酸有8种占总氨基酸45.6%;聚类和主成分分析结果为陕西和四川产地分为一类,云南一类。结论:不同产地珠子参中氨基酸含量具有一定差异,该结果为珠子参的开发、利用及珠子参的质量品质评定提供科学依据。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of Amino Acids in Rhizoma panacis majoris,and compare the difference of content from different producing areas.Methods :Using amino acid analyzer to determine the content of amino acids of Rhizomapanacis majoris from different origin,then clutering and principal component analysis using SAS software.Results:The Rhizoma panacis majoris of different origin contained 17 kinds of amino acids,respectively,including 7kinds of essential amino acids which accounted for 28.5% of total amino acidsand 8kinds of medicinal amino acids which accounted for 45.6%of total amino acids;clustering and principal component analysis results for Shaanxi and Sichuan area is divided into a class,a class of Yunnan.Conclusion:The amino acid content of Rhizoma panacis majoris from different origin had some difference,and provide scientific basis for the results of Rhizoma panacis majoris quality development,utilization and evaluation of Rhizoma panacis majoris.
