为研究端壁翼刀对跨音速压气机环型叶栅特性及二次流的影响,采用三维定常N-S方程及Realizablek-ε湍流模型,在跨音速下对可控扩散叶型的压气机环形叶栅进行加装不同周向位置和不同高度端壁翼刀情况下叶栅流场的数值模拟.结果表明:合理选择翼刀安装位置、高度,可有效控制压气机叶栅的二次流,降低叶栅的总损失.加装在距叶片压力面50%节距处、高度为3.3 mm的翼刀设置方式为最佳翼刀设置方式.
To investigate the influence of endwall fence on transonic annular compressor cascade performance and secondary flow,the three dimensional stationary Navier-Stokes equations and the Realizable k-ε turbulent model were adopted to simulate numerically the flow field in an annular controlled diffusion airfoils(CDA) compressor cascade with different circumferential locations and different fence heights.Results show that selecting reasonably the circumferential locations and the fence heights can control effectively the secondary flow in the compressor cascade,and decrease the cascade total loss.The optimal fence is located at 50% pitch from blade pressure surface and the fence height is 3.3 mm.
