以苏麻油为原料,通过超声波辅助羟丙基-β-环糊精包合法对苏麻油中ALA进行富集纯化,以不同的超声功率、超声时间、料液比为单因素并进行响应面优化试验,最终确定超声波辅助羟丙基-β-环糊精包合法提取苏麻油中ALA的最佳工艺条件为超声功率250 W,料液比1∶7.5,超声时间21 min;此条件下ALA的包合率为87.11%,优化后的工艺明显提高ALA的纯度。此工艺条件对ALA提取条件的优化有一定价值。
The α-linolenic acid in perilla frutescens oil is enriched and purified by clathration by HP-β-CD assisted by ultrasonic. The orthogonal test is conducted according to a series of single factors such as ultrasonic power and time, clathration time,ratio of water to material and response surface experiment are did about the content of ALA. The optimal technological conditions for clathration by HP-β-CD assisted by ultrasonic are as follows:ultrasonic power is 250 W,ratio of water to material is 1∶7.5,ultrasonic time is 21 min. Under the conditions,the inclusion rate is 87.11%,the optimized process significantly improved the purity of ALA. The experimental conditions have certain value for the optimization of ALA extraction conditions.
