提出了一种新型“充分式”保护原理,能在现有含DG配网条件下很好地处理保护策略与成本之间的平衡。首先以含DG配网中电流幅值故障特征为例对“充分式”原理进行了深入诠释;由带制动特性的幅值差动原理推导了电流比幅判据形式,并构造了基于正序电流、负序电流和分相全电流的“充分式”综合比幅判据,该判据能在各种故障情况下自适应地优选灵敏性最高的子判据来切除故障,且具备一定的耐过渡电阻能力。判据只利用了线路两侧电流的幅值信息,不需要采样数据的严格同步,减少了通信成本。仿真结果验证了判据的有效性。
The principle of a new-type of sufficient protection, which can well cope with the equilibrium between the strategy and the cost of the protection under the condition of existing distribution network containing distributed generations (DG), is proposed. Firstly, taking the fault characteristic of current amplitude in distribution network containing DG for example, the meaning of the so-called “sufficient” protection principle is expounded. The form of the current amplitude comparison criterion is derived from the principle of the amplitude differential protection with braking characteristics, and a sufficient synthetic current amplitude comparison criterion based on positive sequence current, negative sequence current and the total current of each phase is constructed, which can adaptively and optimally select the sub-criterion with the highest sensitivity to cut-off the faulty line under various fault conditions and possesses a certain ability to resist the transition resistance. In the proposed criterion, only amplitude information of the current at both terminals of transmission line is utilized and the strict synchronization of the sampled data in not needed, so the cost of communication is decreased. The effectiveness of the proposed criterion is validated by simulation results.
