Experimental teaching is a necessary means to cultivate talents and it＇s the key to develop innovative talents as well. The aim of experimental teaching reform of mechanical speciality is cultivating applied - oriented talents with awareness of innovation and practical ability. This paper proposes the reform measures about the teaching ideas, the system and the management patterns of the experimental teaching, achieved has aehineved good results.
