局部腐蚀现象本质上具有概率特性,概率统计方法是研究不同服役年限的储罐底板腐蚀分布及穿孔失效与时间规律的重要方法,研究表明:腐蚀穿孔失效率与时间呈指数关系,随着储罐服役年限的增加,储罐底板腐蚀穿孔率大为提高;腐蚀蚀坑最大深度分布服从极值分布规律,根据分布规律可预测储罐底板的最大的腐蚀深度,基于可靠性理论对储罐罐底剩余寿命进行了预测评价。论文所做的工作为储罐综合评估及储罐的维护和管理提供科学依据。
Based on the characteristics of the corrosion of tank floor, the assessment to the tank floor was carried out. The corrosion type of tank floor was pitting and statistic method was used to assess the corrosion status. The results showed relationship between the corrosion failure rate and time was characteristic of the index. Besides the maximum depth of tank floor corrosion follows extreme value distributed rule and the maximum depth value can be predicted based on the distributed rule. The work done laid a solid foundation for the assessment and management of oil tank.
