在高超声速流场准确测量的研究中,恒压型热线测量系统是进行高超声速流场测量的理想工具之一,其静态灵敏度系数和动态频响是两个主要性能指标,在系统试制过程中必须通过大量的流场试验调节控制回路的有关参数,以达到最优状态。为此建立了热线探头和恒压型控制回路的联合模型,利用Matlab就控制回路元件参数及流场流速对系统动静态性能影响进行数值仿真。通过仿真分析,获得了流场流速、补偿网络、控制回路中输入电压和电阻对系统性能的影响规律,采用补偿网络可提高系统频响须。仿真结果可为热线探头控制回路的优化设计提供参考。
Hotwire measurement system under constant-voltage control loop(CVCL) is one of the ideal tools for hypersonic flow field measurement. The static sensitivity coefficient and dynamic frequency response are the two main performance indexes. During development of hotwire measurement system under CVCL,a great deal of flow field tests must be conducted to make static sensitivity coefficient and dynamic frequency response of the system into the optimal state by adjusting the parameters in control loop. In the paper,the joint model of hotwire probe and CVCL was built,and the numerical simulation and analysis were conducted for the influence on the system's dynamic and static characteristics in terms of circuit parameters in CVCL and flow velocity with MATLAB. Through the simulation and analysis,the law about the effect of flow velocity,compensation network,input voltage and resistances in control loop on system performance can be achieved. CVCL must be used to improve the system response. The above results of simulation and analysis can provide a guidance in the optimization design for control loop of hotwire probe.
