矿井巷道地质条件复杂,不良地质体已成为威胁巷道掘进施工安全的主因之一。为改善矿井施工安全状况,实现巷道高效掘进,将TRT系统应用到地下矿山巷道掘进超前预报中。结合湖南省某矿8#矿脉760阶段某平巷工程案例,设计了狭窄空间条件下矿井巷道TRT超前探测方案并实地探测,结果表明:TRT6000系统能输出指定地质区域反射地震波的三维层析图像,根据三维空间波场信息解译结果来预报掌子面前方某区域不良地质构造,巷道开挖实际情况较好地验证了超前预报结果。巷道掘进方案根据预报分析结果提出的建议进行及时调整,能有效保障施工安全并提高施工效率。
As geological conditions complex,mine roadway adverse geologic body had become one of the main safety threat in the roadway drivage construction.In order to improve the mine construction safety and realize mine roadway excavation efficiently,the TRT system was applied to the advanced prediction in underground mining roadway drivage.Combined with the example of roadway drivage engineering cases vein 8#stage 760 of a mine in Hunan Province,designed the mine roadways under the condition of narrow space field detection TRT and advanced detection scheme,the results show that TRT detection system can output the specified geological area reflection seismic wave three-dimensional tomographic images,according to the results of three-dimensional wave field information interpretation constraints to predict a regional geological structures,forecast ahead of roadway excavation is firmly proved.Drivage scheme according to the forecast results of the analysis put forward suggestion to adjust,guaranteed the efficiency and safety of construction.
