在与以不同生活方式和感染策略的各种病原微生物的长期斗争中,植物的免疫系统不断进化、完善,发展出精细、高效防御反应网络,以抵御各种病原微生物的侵袭。植物激素在植物防御反应网络的调控中起着重要作用。本文主要综述了调控植物免疫反应的激素信号及其网络和信号网络中重要的信号传导因子等方面的研究进展,并对实践应用前景进行了展望,为作物病害的防治提供了新思路。
Plants live in complex environments in which they intimately interact with a broad range of microbial pathogens with different lifestyles and infection strategies. The evolution of the plant immune response has culminated in a highly effective and complicated defense network that is able to resist potential attack by microbial pathogens. Phytohormones, including salicylic acid, jastonates, ethylene, abscisic acid, gibberellins, auxins, and cytokinins, play important roles in the regulation of the defense network. This paper reviewed the recent advances on these hormone signaling pathways, their cross-communications in antagonistic or synergistic manners, some important signal transduction components and signaling nodes in the network. The research progress provides new insights and ideas for plant protections against pathogens.
