【Purpose/significance】It has great theoretical and practical significance to study the internal mechanism of Integration of informatization and industrialization for promoting economic transformation and upgrading.【Method/process】This paper constructs game model about how to choose the integration for information enterprises and industrial enterprises based on the evolutionary game theory,analyzes its influence on the integration from knowledge absorptive capacity,level of consciousness,market risk and enterprise assets,and the punishment mechanism and subsidy mechanism are considered【Result/conclusion】The results show that the ability of knowledge absorption and awareness level have positive promotion for integration,but the market risk have negative influence,The promotion of corporate assets depends on the relationship between other factors.It also finds that necessary punishment and appropriate financial subsidies contributes to the integration.
