针对目前的企业配煤应用模型存在的问题,把煤的发热量、挥发分、硫分等煤质指标和自身限制当作约束条件,将配煤成本设置为目标函数,创建一个具有线性关系的火电企业实用型配煤优化模型。通过大量实验对粒子群算法进行改进,将改进后的粒子群算法应用到模型的求解当中。实验结果表明,通过选取恰当的配煤模型,利用改进后的粒子群算法求解,得出的各单煤的配煤比例符合实际要求,该算法具有一定的稳定性。
Focusing on the business problems in the application model of blending coal, using the blending costs as the objective function, taking indicators of calorific value of a single coal, volatile matter, sulfur, etc. as constraints, a practical blending opti- mization model with linear relationship in thermal power enterprises was established. Tests were carried out to improve PSO algorithm, and the improved particle swarm algorithm was applied to solve the model. Experimental results show that by choosing the appropriate model for blending coal and using the improved PSO algorithm to solve the model, the blending proportion of each unit of coal is in line with the actual requirements, and the algorithm has high stability.
