文章在对实证研究结果进行整理和分析的基础上,借助社会网络理论、匹配理论、资源理论的研究成果,尝试明确联结、匹配、牺牲三个关键维度的内涵,区分工作内嵌入与工作外嵌入的不同作用机制,并提出未来的研究方向和建议。
Based on sorting out and analyzing the empirical research results, the paper, by applying the research results of network theory, fit theory and resource theory, aims to clarify three key dimensions of job embeddedness (JE) which are link, fit and sacrifice, and differentiate the mechanism between on-the-job JE and off-the-job JE. At the end, this paper proposes future research directions and recommendations.
