采用RM-1型海洋加速腐蚀实验和连续中性盐雾实验模拟海洋飞溅区的腐蚀环境对电弧喷涂Zn涂层的加速腐蚀。同时采用灰色关联分析法和加速转换因子分析法对两种海洋加速腐蚀实验的模拟性和加速性进行了分析。结果发现:两种实验方法均能模拟海洋飞溅区的腐蚀环境,但RM-1型海洋加速腐蚀实验能较好地模拟浪花飞溅区的腐蚀情况,而连续中性盐雾实验对Zn涂层造成的腐蚀较为严重,其具有优良的腐蚀加速性。
Simulation of arc spraying Zn coating in splash zone of marine corrosion environment was investigated by RM-1marine accelerated corrosion test and continuous neutral salt spray test.Acceleration shift factor and grey relational space analysis were adopted to study the simulation and acceleration of the arc spraying Zn coating in two marine accelerated corrosion test systems.The results show that the corrosion environment of splash zone can be simulated by two test systems,but the effect of RM-1marine accelerated corrosion test is better.However,the most serious corrosion of Zn coating is in the continuous neutral salt spray test,which means it is excellent in corrosion acceleration.
