恶性肿瘤的免疫逃逸以及肿瘤微环境中肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞上程序性细胞死亡1(PD-1)受体的高表达可能是导致免疫监视失效的原因。负性协同刺激分子B7-H1是PD-1的配体,在肿瘤的免疫逃逸中发挥着重要作用。B7-H1在食管癌、胃癌、胰腺癌等恶性肿瘤中高表达,其表达与临床病理状况和预后相关,B7-H1蛋白表达越高,T分期越高,预后越差,说明B7-H1可以作为恶性肿瘤预后的一种标志。现就B7-H1的结构、表达、生物学功能及其与肿瘤相关巨噬细胞的关系予以综述。
Tumor immune evasion and overexpression of PD-1 in the tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes may result in the failure of immune surveillance.B7-H1,which is one of the negative costimulatory molecules,is a ligand of PD-1,playing an important role in tumor immune evasion.B7-H1 protein is overexpressed in several malignant tumor cells including esophageal carcinoma,gastric carcinoma and pancreatic carcinoma,etc.,and the level of B7-H1 expression is related to the pathological status and prognosis of the malignant tumor.The higher level B7-H1 expression is,the more advanced T stage and the poorer prognosis.The phenomenon indicates that B7-H1 may be an effective prognostic marker of malignant tumors.Here is to make a review on the structure,expression and biological function of B7-H1,and the interaction between B7-H1 and tumor-associated macrophages in details.
