研究了增钙液态渣及低模数砂的基本性质,并通过模数调配制备优质的预拌混凝土,并测试评价其综合性能。研究表明,增钙液态渣具有比较好的级配,代替天然砂性能比较稳定。鉴于其细度模数偏高,采用微破碎加工、部分替代砂和直接与天然低模数砂复合三种方式,制备的预拌混凝土,不仅具有很好的物理力学性能,而且,经外加剂调配,可制备优质的预拌混凝土。工程实例表明:采用原状渣与低模数砂复合制备的C30P8F200、C40P8F200预拌混凝土,均满足工作性、强度、抗渗性和抗冻融循环等多项指标的技术要求。
The liquid slag by calcium and low modulus of sand are studied on basic properties, and through the analog-to-digital deployment, high-quality ready-mixed concrete is prepared, testing and evaluating the overall performance.Results show that calcium liquid slag gradation is better to replace the natural sand for its stable performance.Given its high fineness modulus, using three ways of micro-crushing processing, partial substitute for sand and directly natural low-modulus composite sand.The ready-mixed concrete prepared not only has good physical and mechani- cal properties,but also by the admixture deployment,it can be prepared with high-quality.Engineering examples show that the original residue sand and low modulus composite prepared C30P8F200, C40P8F200 ready-mixed concrete, it meets the technical requirements of various indexes on workability, strength, impermeability and resistance to freeze-thaw cycles and so on.
