基于问题的学习(Problem-based learning,PBL)是以问题为基础、学生为中心、教师为导向的学习方法,PBL能提升学生的学习兴趣,培养学生自学和分析解决问题的能力。通过描述PBL的基本过程及其如何在"功能性食品设计与评价"实践教学过程中的应用,探讨学生如何利用这种方法进行学习,从而得出PBL是一种值得应用于教学并值得推广的教学方法。
The PBL teaching method enable students to learn knowledge through questions. In PBL, students are the core of learning, while the teacher acts as a facilitator to guide student learning. PBL stimulate students interest in learning, cultured the students' serf-learning ability, analysis ability. This article illustrates how to use this method to study. The process and the application of PBL teaching method in "Practice Teaching of Functional Food Design and Evaluation" is also described. PBL teaching method can be applied in the teaching, and also is worthy of spreading.
