英文摘要：
The PBL teaching method enable students to learn knowledge through questions. In PBL, students are the core of learning, while the teacher acts as a facilitator to guide student learning. PBL stimulate students interest in learning, cultured the students＇ serf-learning ability, analysis ability. This article illustrates how to use this method to study. The process and the application of PBL teaching method in ＂Practice Teaching of Functional Food Design and Evaluation＂ is also described. PBL teaching method can be applied in the teaching, and also is worthy of spreading.
